Custom Artwork Policy
What we need from your files, and what we can't print.
File requirements
Upload a print-ready PNG or JPG at roughly 300 DPI at final print size. Transparent PNGs are preferred for prints on colored garments. We print your file as supplied.
No design editing or revisions
SHWING! does not provide in-site design editing, cleanup, or revision rounds. Please upload the final version of your artwork.
Rights and permission
By uploading, you confirm you own the artwork or have permission to use it commercially. You are responsible for any third-party rights in the files you send us.
Rejected files
We may reject and refund orders where files are too low-resolution, infringe on someone's rights, contain prohibited or hateful content, or simply cannot be printed successfully. We'll always tell you why.
Storage
Uploaded artwork is stored securely and used only to produce your order.
