We stand behind our printing. Because shirts are made to order, sizing swaps work a little differently.
Defects and misprints
If your shirt arrives damaged, misprinted, or materially different from what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we'll reprint or refund it.
Sizing and change of mind
Made-to-order items are produced specifically for you, so we can't accept general change-of-mind returns. Please check the size chart before ordering — we're happy to help if you're between sizes.
Order changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible after ordering. If we haven't ordered your blank or started printing, we can usually change or cancel the order.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
